OutSolve Announces the Acquisition of the Affirmative Action Solutions Business of First Advantage Consulting Firm

OutSolve announces the acquisition of the affirmative action compliance business from First Advantage Consulting Firm, LLC. (FACF), a Georgia-based firm specializing in helping federal contractors manage Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulatory obligations. FACF will continue its other business operations.

Through this acquisition, OutSolve adds over a hundred companies to its growing customer portfolio, a move that strengthens the company’s mission to retain and expand its market-leading position. The acquisition also gives FACF clients access to OutSolve’s comprehensive suite of solutions including compensation analysis, state pay reporting, EEO-1/VETS reporting, training, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and ESG services.
