NOLA SHRM: Victoria Person to Speak on Inclusive Hiring

Will you be in New Orleans on September 20? Join OutSolve’s own Victoria Person, Director of DEI, at NOLA SHRM as she gives a presentation on inclusive hiring. The event takes place at the Conference Center on 11 and includes a full day of breakout sessions, networking opportunities, food & giveaways, and a full exhibitor hall.

The importance of a diverse workforce is clear to most of us, but how to achieve it can be a challenge. In her presentation, Victoria will explore how unconscious bias can impact our hiring decisions and how to address this in the recruiting process. She will review tips for more inclusive hiring and help you with:

  • Implementing inclusive hiring strategies
