Victoria is a certified Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) professional and a DE&I Consultant at OutSolve. For the past nine years she created a more inclusive environment at Southern California Gas Company, the nation’s largest natural gas distribution utility and part of the Fortune 300 Sempra Energy family of companies. She has also spent ten years in corporate communications and five years in film and television production. Victoria’s passion is to create workplaces where diversity is valued and inclusion creates a sense of belonging. She was honored with the 2015 Phenomenal Woman Award from the Greater Los Angeles YWCA. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi, a Management Development Program certification from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and a Diversity and Inclusion Professional certification from the Cornell University School of Industrial & Labor Relations. Victoria is a New Orleans native who got away, but then returned home to the Big Easy. She loves to read, eat, and box –not at the same time. And she hopes to leave the world better than she found it.
