Jeremy Mancheski is the President and founder of OutSolve. Having been involved in affirmative action plan (AAP) implementation and employment consulting for over 25 years, Jeremy has been responsible for the preparation and implementation for tens of thousands of AAPS, including supporting a wide range of clients—spanning from Fortune 100 companies to startups—through hundreds of compliance evaluations within every region of the country.
In Jeremy’s role as President, he is OutSolve’s chief executive responsible for leading the company’s strategic direction and driving its execution. Under Jeremy’s leadership, OutSolve has seen accelerated growth through strategic acquisitions and hires, and expanded its presence in five additional markets across the United States.
A New Orleans native, Jeremy served as President and Board Member of the Louisiana Liaison Group and Program Chair of the ILG National Conference in New Orleans in 2011. He remains an active member and speaker at local, regional, and national Industry Liaison Group meetings and conferences. Jeremy takes great pride in OutSolve and the team he has built to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Patrick’s career at OutSolve began with an internship from the University of New Orleans in the spring of 2000, before permanently joining the OutSolve team in August of that year. Eventually, he worked his way into the role of Chief Operations Officer where he serves today. His responsibilities include Mentoring new consultants, overseeing daily affirmative action plan production, assisting with quality control monitoring, consulting clients on compliance issues, and providing excellent customer service. Patrick enjoys fishing, the New Orleans Saints, and spending time with his wife and two children.
Chris has been involved in affirmative action planning since 1997, assisting customers through OFCCP audit support, training, and EEO compliance, including implementation of Federal Affirmative Action Plans for thousands of federal contractors. He chaired and served as a committee member of the Tri-Chapter Industry Liaison Group in northern California from 2010-2013. Chris has established himself as an industry leader by authoring hundreds of blogs and articles on EEO/Affirmative Action topics. When he’s not poring through OFCCP regulations, he can be found either watching the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots or traveling with his wife.
Carla is a 20-year veteran with extensive experience in marketing strategy, product management, and brand development. Prior to OutSolve, she spent over 17 years in the affirmative action solutions space, working side-by-side with sales and AAP experts to deliver a superior client experience. As Chief Marketing Officer for OutSolve, Carla's responsibilities include leading demand generation, brand management, driving customer engagement, and supporting the company's growth initiatives. Originally from Boston, Carla loves the Patriots but can be seen occasionally cheering for the Saints. In her spare time she loves traveling, hanging with family, and curling up with a good movie.
Gregory brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership, corporate governance, and business innovation to OutSolve. Gregory’s comprehensive financial expertise and strong leadership is instrumental in guiding financial strategy and maximizing growth potential. Gregory plays a crucial role in advancing financial strategy and driving sustainable growth.
Prior to joining OutSolve, Gregory held several leadership roles in the energy industry in Louisiana and Texas. He brings over 20 years of experience with cash flow, financial reporting, debt restructuring, capital budgeting, investor relations, and business growth planning. Gregory has a B.A. in Journalism from Arizona State University, an M.S. in Communications & Finance from the University of Louisiana, and an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans.
Baldwin is the Chief Administrative Officer at OutSolve and joined the company in 2014 to oversee the business side of operations. Baldwin brings 36 years of business experience to OutSolve, including 20 years as an owner of a telecommunications company. Immediately prior to joining OutSolve, he was the Sr. Director of Telecom Operations for a prominent global direct marketing company. He’s an avid golfer, loves all things outdoors, and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Steve is the Chief Technology Officer at OutSolve and has been working with OutSolve since 2001. His duties include managing software development, hardware infrastructure, and IT security policies. His background includes serving as the Senior Software Developer at a custom software firm in New Orleans. Steve has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in database design, application development, website implementation, and customer support. Outside of the office, Steve can usually be found watching a movie, cooking, working out, and spending time with his family.
VICKIE LeNORMAND, PHR, SHRM-CP Senior VP, Operations/Team Lead
Vickie has been with OutSolve for more than 15 years and takes great pride in her responsibilities as Director of Operations at OutSolve. She maintains close relationships with clients by delivering dedicated customer service and executing quality workmanship in the services provided. Vickie regularly assists in the mentoring of consultant assistants and lends critical input on complex regulatory issues that arise. She achieved her PHR certification in 2007. Vickie enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
Allen Hudson joined OutSolve as SVP Operations/East Coast upon OutSolve’s acquisition of HudsonMann. In this role, Allen leads the service delivery of OutSolve’s growth products while providing AAP compliance consultation. Allen has over 18 years of experience in consulting and leadership in the OFCCP compliance field. In that time, he has led the development and implementation of thousands of Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs). He has also represented federal contractors through Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Compliance Reviews across the United States.
Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s College and is dually certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and SHRM. He currently represents the Southeast Region on the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) and is a past president of the South Carolina Industry Liaison Group (SCILG).
Annette Alvarado, the Senior Consultant, has been with OutSolve since 2005. As a Chinese-American and wife to a Hispanic-American, culture, and diversity are naturally familiar to her. Her work at OutSolve involves helping companies through intricate compliance issues while providing superb customer service and attention to detail. Her knowledge base and level of expertise have helped establish and maintain excellent client relationships. When she’s not preparing affirmative action plans, you can find her arduously changing diapers, watching an obscene amount of pre-recorded children’s shows, and spending quality time with her husband and daughters.
Neil brings over 20 years of experience working with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams across the country to build best-in-class compliance programs. Neil has worked directly with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) on hundreds of successful affirmative action pay equity audits, supported clients in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) equal pay charges, and has also designed pay equity analytics to provide federal contractors better visibility into pay gaps within their organizations. Neil regularly delivers training on pay equity and other compliance topics for SHRM, ILG, and other industry associations and events. Neil received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and The University of Hull in England and his MBA from The Citadel.
Meghan has spent more than 15 years of her career dedicated to maintaining great client relationships and delivering high quality customer service, primarily in the hospitality industry. In her role as OutSolve’s Vice President of Customer Success, she serves as an advocate for clients to ensure they are successfully utilizing OutSolve’s comprehensive affirmative action planning services and expert consulting programs.

Warren is Director of Operations and a Team Lead at OutSolve. He has over 14 years of experience developing Affirmative Action Plans, EEO-1, & VETS reports for clients across many industries. He oversees a team of business consultants who deliver affirmative action and EEO consulting as well as diversity planning solutions. He has assisted multiple clients with going through the OFCCP audit process until the client receives the closure letter. Outside of the office, Warren enjoys watching sports, playing video games, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Beth Montgomery Senior Director, Operations / Team Lead
BETH MONTGOMERY Senior Director, Operations / Team Lead
Prior to joining OutSolve as a Senior Consultant, Beth was a Director of Affirmative Action for a Fortune 300 federal contractor where she managed an affirmative action program for 100,000+ employees and successfully coordinated hundreds of OFCCP audits. Beth combines her experience as a hands-on federal contractor with her knowledge of regulatory requirements to provide support to her clients in designing and monitoring their affirmative action programs. Beth is a graduate of the University of Louisville and has over 25 years of affirmative action planning and OFCCP compliance experience. Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Executive Order 11246, Section 503 and VEVRAA, OFCCP compliance evaluations, training, healthcare industry, and mock audits.
Mary is a 20-year veteran with extensive experience in business-to-business marketing communications. An outside-the-box thinker, Mary has served in various marketing roles including in the affirmative action, human resources, legal, and technology industries. She holds a BS in Journalism from Boston University and an MS in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University. Mary lives in Baltimore, MD and enjoys volunteer work, travel, and live music performances in her free time.
Michael has over ten years of sales and operations leadership experience in the technology sector and has contributed to company revenue growth by building high performing revenue operations teams. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and is licensed and trained in numerous software platforms. He lives in New Orleans and is proud to join the NOLA-based OutSolve headquarters.
