ERRD can be searched for individual entries for a region or state or entire directory can be downloaded
After many years of listing outdated and unverified outreach organizations, OFCCP has revamped the Employment Referral Resource Directory (ERRD). The new list identifies government and nonprofit organizations to assist federal contractors in their recruiting and compliance efforts. The agency’s disclaimer says that “OFCCP does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of this outside information.”
According to the OFCCP news release, the “modernized ERRD provides the following benefits:
- Search component and search results now merged on one page for a more seamless experience.
- Multi-selection now available when using the search fields.
- User friendly on mobile and desktop browsers.”
Contractors with questions can call OFCCP's toll-free helpline at 1-800-397-6251 (TTY 1-877-889-5627) or submit a question here.
