OFCCP Contractor Portal Remains Open - There's Still Time to Verify Your AAP

By Alex Gonzalez - Jul 5, 2022 2:47:59 PM - 3 MINS READ

Have you completed your AAP certification on the OFCCP Contractor Portal? If not, you may have a little more time (but not much).

All federal contractors that meet the jurisdictional thresholds had until June 30, 2022, to register and certify compliance for all qualified establishments and functional/business units in the Contractor Portal. According to recent reports, the OFCCP quietly delayed the June 30, 2022 deadline and the Contractor Portal remains open. The OFCCP has not formally announced a new deadline.

Contractors that have failed to verify their affirmative action plans now have a little more time to complete this requirement. In prior notifications, OFCCP has stated that contractors that 1) fail to complete the certification, or 2) state that they have not developed or maintained an AAP, will be more likely to be on OFCCP’s scheduling list than contractors that have certified that they are in compliance.

It is imperative that federal contractors, that have yet to certify, act immediately to avoid the risk of non-compliance. We encourage you not to delay. OutSolve offers services to assist contractors with registering for the Contractor Portal and verifying affirmative action plan(s).
