The OFCCP issued a notice to the federal contractor community that it is “business as usual.” The OFCCP’s operations are currently available to assist the contractor community through their website, Help Desk, and the new Contractor Assistance Portal.
The notice, released March 3, 2020, states compliance reviews, focused reviews, and complaint investigations are continuing without pause. However, work will be conducted "using every alternative resource available," including phone, WebEx, Skype, or other available methods to conduct interviews and complete evaluations.
Contractors should contact their compliance officer, or other OFCCP contact, to check on the status of open evaluations and investigations. If you are experiencing any challenges or other difficulties in managing an active review then please contact your compliance officer to request an extension.
