The VEVRAA Hiring Benchmark Database displays a chart of the annual national percentage of veterans in the civilian labor force from prior years along with their effective dates. State-level veteran availability data has also been updated in the VEVRAA Hiring Benchmark Database for federal contractors and subcontractors who calculate an individualized hiring benchmark using the five-factor method.
