News Alert! OFCCP Publishes 2023 Corporate Scheduling Announcement List

By Debra Milstein Gardner - Jan 20, 2023 5:06:34 PM - 3 MINS READ

500 contractors/subcontractors have made the OFCCP CSAL list

Today the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published the FY 2023 Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) for 500 supply and service contractors and subcontractors.

Contractors/subcontractors selected for either an establishment compliance review, corporate management compliance evaluation, or a functional affirmative action program (FAAP) review are sent, as a courtesy, the CSAL. However, the review does not start until the organization receives the OMB-approved scheduling letter. If your organization believes that it should not have been identified for selection, you should send an email to the OFCCP Scheduling mailbox at ofccp-dpo-scheduling@dol.gov and wait for the agency’s response.

Organizations can prepare for a review by either taking advantage of the agency’s compliance assistance tools or seeking the assistance of their OutSolve consultant.

OFCCP has published the methodology for developing this list as well as frequently asked questions (FAQs) where answers to other matters related to this topic are included.

Lightbulb Take

OutSolve's Take

Act Now

If your company’s name is on the list, act now by taking immediate steps to prepare your affirmative action data, recordkeeping items, and other material to ensure timely submission. Also, if you have not already done so, conduct an analysis of your compensation systems, as required by 60-2.17(b)(3). The recent Pay Equity Directive reinforced the requirement to perform a pay equity analysis and to provide the information to OFCCP as part of a compliance review.

Be Prepared

Since OFCCP is sticking to the 30-day response period and has eliminated the 45-day delay between the published date of the CSAL and the mailing of the audit scheduling letters, receipt of the scheduling letter triggers the 30 days. It is possible that your organization could receive an audit scheduling letter within the next few days. Requests for extensions will be very limited.

Proactive Customer Outreach

OutSolve consultants will be proactively contacting customers that are on the CSAL to alert them and begin preparing for the expected audit. As an OutSolve client, please contact us as early as possible or upon receipt of a scheduling notice so that we can be of assistance. In the meantime, if you have any further questions about preparing for a compliance review, please contact your consultant or OutSolve directly at 888.414.2410, or by email at info@outsolve.com.
