OFCCP Releases New CSAL List

OFCCP Releases New CSAL List

CSAL lists 1,000 supply & service contractors; 922 establishment reviews, 30 CMCE, 36 FAAP and 12 university reviews.

The Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP) published a new Corporate Scheduling Announcement List (CSAL) – Release 2, which identifies 1,000 supply and service federal contractors and subcontractors. This second CSAL release in FY 2023 includes 922 establishment reviews, 30 corporate management compliance evaluations (CMCE), 36 functional affirmative action program (FAAP) reviews, and 12 university reviews. OFCCP has published the methodology for developing both FY 2023 CSALs.

In February 2023, the OFCCP released a list which targeted contractors who failed to certify in the OFCCP portal as of December 1, 2022. CSAL-Release 1 included 452 establishment reviews, 24 CMCEs, and 24 FAAP reviews.

OFCCP encourages contractors to take advantage of their compliance assistance offerings, including compliance assistance events, and to contact their local field or regional office for technical assistance to prepare for the evaluation. OutSolve is hosting our own webinar “New OFCCP Combined Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing: What You Need to Know,” and you’re invited to attend.

If a contractor believes they should not have been selected for evaluation, they should send an email to the OFCCP Scheduling Mailbox at ofccp-dpo-scheduling@dol.gov.

OutSolve also recommends that contractors on the CSAL be prepared for receipt of an OFCCP scheduling letter to initiate the evaluation. OutSolve consultants are currently reviewing the list of selected contractors and will be in touch with any clients selected for an audit. If you are currently in receipt of a scheduling notice, please contact your OutSolve consultant as soon as possible so that we can provide assistance immediately.
