Annette has a Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree from Loyola University of New Orleans and more than 19 years of non-discrimination planning. She has helped an array of contractors from various sizes and industries in developing and supporting their non-discrimination plans. In addition to annual plan development, she works with contractors on implementing focused compliance requirements such as creating applicant-tracking processes, conducting customized trainings, and fostering successful non-discrimination practices. She has prepared hundreds of compliance evaluation submissions.
