Thomas has extensive experience in human resources development and using statistics to help organizations make better data-driven decisions. His work at OutSolve involves helping companies understand the value of equal pay for equal work regardless of a person’s identification with any Federal, State or Local law, guideline or ordinance. He comes to OutSolve with experience working for various government entities, Fortune 100 companies, HR Consulting companies and various professorships of Business and Statistics. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys playing with his son, Fox, and spending quality time perusing the many cultural opportunities available in New Orleans with his wife, Maura.

The OFCCP released a new directive on compensation analysis for federal contractors (Directive 2018-05). This new directive specifically identifies the process that the OFCCP will use for performing a compensation compliance desk review. To ensure that OutSolve is providing the highest level of support to our customers, we are responding in kind by altering some of our services to match the OFCCP’s process.
