Patrick’s career at OutSolve began with an internship from the University of New Orleans in the spring of 2000, before permanently joining the OutSolve team in August of that year. Eventually he worked his way into the role of Vice President of Operations where he serves today. His responsibilities include: Mentoring to new consultants, overseeing daily affirmative action plan production, assisting with quality control monitoring, consulting clients on compliance issues, and providing excellent customer service. Patrick enjoys fishing, the New Orleans Saints and spending time with his wife and two children.
