Lisa has years of experience assisting clients as they prepare and implement affirmative action programs. She also aids in reviewing compensation data, recruitment practices, and readying clients for OFCCP audits. Lisa earned her BSM in Finance from Tulane University, and has worked for three previous firms, expanding her knowledge of affirmative action each time. Throughout her career, Lisa has worked with clients ranging in size from 50 employees to 60,000 employees, learning the intricacies of both. Lisa has also conducted a number of trainings for clients on topics ranging from the basics to OFCCP compliance review expertise.
