Limited Seating: HR Gumbo has a set maximum capacity. Given the strong demand, we anticipate a sold out conference. We encourage you to secure your spot as soon as possible.  

Full Refund Deadline: You are eligible for a full refund of your registration fee if you cancel by June 30, 2024, at 11:59 pm ET.

No Refunds After: Please note that we cannot issue refunds for any cancellations made on or after July 1, 2024. Cancellations made post this deadline will lead to a forfeiture of the registration fee. This also applies to attendees who fail to attend the conference (no-shows) without prior cancellation. 

Event Cancellation: In the rare event that HR Gumbo must be rescheduled, canceled, or converted to a digital-only format, we will inform all registrants through a public announcement on our website, via email, and other communication channels. If HR Gumbo is canceled, your registration will be automatically voided, and we will refund any registration fees you have paid.

Transfer of Registration: Should you need to transfer your registration to another party, please complete this form.

Event Rescheduling or Format Change: If HR Gumbo is rescheduled or changes to a digital-only format and you can no longer or do not wish to attend, you may cancel your registration. To do so, please provide us with written notice within two weeks of receiving our notification about the event change. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will render you ineligible for a refund.

Hotel Arrangements: Canceling your registration for HR Gumbo does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for managing your own accommodation and travel cancellations.

Special Accommodations: If you require special accommodations, please notify us here or  hrgumbo@outsolve.com by August 31, 2024.

Payment Methods: Acceptable forms of payment include credit card, bank transfer, and company checks. Should you need to pay by check, please contact us at hrgumbo@outsolve.com. 

Confirmation and Receipt: A confirmation email with a receipt will be sent upon successful registration and payment.
