OFCCP has posted their intent to collect summary compensation data from all contractors, every year.
The proposed regulation is under review and should be finalized in 2015. According to OFCCP:
“On August 6, 2014, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs announced a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking requiring covered federal contractors and subcontractors with more than 100 employees to submit an annual Equal Pay Report on employee compensation. The proposal was published in the Federal Register on August 8.”
