Includes budget cuts for the DOL but does not address merger of OFCCP and EEOC.
The budget requests $9.4 billion for the Department of Labor which represents a decrease of $2.6 billion (21%) from the 2017 enacted amount. For OFCCP, the OMB proposes reducing their budget by 12.5% to $91 million, which is a reduction from $104 million. It also proposed a staff reduction from 521 to 450 employees.
A reduction is also proposed for the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) from $38 million to $27 million.
