Veterans’ Employment and Training Services recommends electronic filing of VETS-4212 reports to avoid pandemic related delays
Although the EEOC postponed the 2019 EEO-1 filing deadline due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Veterans’ Employment and Training Services (VETS) is not planning to follow suit. On August 3, 2020 the VETS-4212 reporting has opened and the filing period is August 1 through September 30.
The VETS website states that the processing of mailed VETS-4212 reports may be delayed due to COVID-19 related social distancing measures. Due to these delays, VETS “strongly recommend that contractors submit their reports electronically at https://vets4212.dol.gov.”
