OFCCP posts new directive outlining methodology for calculating back pay for victims of employment discrimination.
As OFCCP moves forward with enforcement of Directive 307 outlining the methodology for OFCCP to enforce pay equity, we now have a new directive to digest and just in time for the National ILG conference in Indianapolis. On July 17, 2013 OFCCP posted Directive 310, Calculating Back Pay as a Part of Make Whole Relief for Victims of Employment Discrimination. Similar to Directive 307. OFCCP is codifying their methodology for determining back pay in cases of employment discrimination.
