Portal designed to improve compliance assistance and increase transparency for contractors
On Friday, August 8, 2019 the OFCCP launched their new Contractor Assistance Portal that can be used to ask questions, search the library of FAQs, and access reference and compliance assistance materials.
OFCCP also plans to periodically host live group chats or discussions to assist them in gathering stakeholder input on how it can be helpful and responsive to contractor’s information needs.
Upon submitting questions using the new online help desk, users will receive verified answers from OFCCP. The creation of this portal brings OFCCP one step closer to completing their 2017 Town Hall Action Plan.
