OFCCP Issues Hurricane Zeta Interest Exemption | OutSolve Blog

OFCCP added Hurricane Zeta to the list of National Interest Exemptions. New federal contractors who provide Hurricane Zeta relief efforts will be exempt from some obligations under E.O. 11246, VEVRAA and Section 503.

The other national interest exemptions, along with their exemption dates, include:

• Hurricane Zeta – from October 28, 2020 to January 28, 2021
• Hurricane Delta – from October 9 to January 9, 2021
• Hurricane Sally – from September 15 to December 15, 2020
• Oregon Wildfire – from September 14 to December 14, 2020
• California Wildfire – from September 11 to December 11, 2020
• Hurricane Laura – from August 27 to November 27, 2020
