Final Rule establishes parameters for OFCCP resolution procedures
OFCCP published in the Federal Register the final rule “Nondiscrimination Obligations of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors: Procedures to Resolve Potential Employment Discrimination” which will take effect on December 10, 2020.
