All federal contractors should be conducting outreach, job fairs and recruiting at these colleges
OFCCP Director Craig Leen said that he wants to “do an HBCU initiative for federal contractors.” He wants federal contractors to consider what they are doing with HBCUs. The agency feels that all federal contractors should be conducting outreach, job fairs and recruiting at HBCU’s. OFCCP plans on putting out guidance promoting the Hispanic American Colleges and Universities (HACU) and at the Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCU).
