Meeting scheduled for August 18 at 1:00 ET
On August 18, 2020 at 1:00 ET the EEOC will hold a remote, audio-only Commission meeting to discuss the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Conciliation. The Public may listen to the conference by following the instructions that will be posted on the EEOC website 24 hours prior to the meeting. Closed captioning services will be available.
Even though the discussion on the NPRM on Conciliation is currently scheduled, the agenda is subject to revision. A recording and transcript of the meeting will also be posted on the agency website at a later date.
