January 15, 2020 – Proposed Update Compliance Manual on religious discrimination

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold two upcoming telephonic public meetings on Thursday, January 14^th and Friday, January 15^th at 1:00 p.m. (ET). The January 14^th meeting will cover the following topics:

• Resolution concerning the Commission’s authority to commence or intervene in litigation; and
• Revised procedures for Commission approval of Amicus Curiae participation.

The January 15th meeting will address the proposed updated compliance manual on religious discrimination. Closed captioning services will be able and instructions on how to listen to the meeting will be posted on the EEOC website 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
