EEOC says it does not plan to continue to use the EEO-1 Report to collect Component 2 pay data.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold a public hearing on the Proposed EEO-1 Report amendments on Wednesday, November 20, 2019. The hearing will be held to discuss the proposed changes to the EEO-1 Report. The EEOC plans to seek approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act to continue administering Component 1 of the EEO-1 survey.
Originally added in 2016, the EEOC says it is not planning to continue using the EEO-1 Report to collect Component 2 pay data. Read more about the hearing here.
