EEOC Holds Public Meeting on the NPRM on Wellness Programs

Due to COVID-19 the EEOC will confer by audio only

On June 11, 2020, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold a remote, audio-only meeting at 1:00 ET to discuss the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) on wellness programs.  The public may listen to the conference by following instructions that will be posted on the Commission website 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Closed captioning services will be available and a recording and transcript will be posted at a later date.
