Private sector employers can begin filing their 2019 and 2020 EEO-1 Component 1 Reports
Unlike the delays in the 2019 filings which were impacted by the pandemic, EEOC will open the 2021 data collections using the following schedule.
EEOC will post the precise opening dates for the portal and submission deadline dates on their home webpage. They have also set up a new dedicated website specifically for the reporting. For more information regarding updates on the data collections, go to the new website at https:EEOCdata.org. There will be an EEOC Filer Support Team available to respond to inquiries and provide further assistance.
