Two previously identified rules relisted and one new one added for OFCCP.
This week the Department of Labor released its Agency Rule List for the spring of 2019. The OFCCP has the following three actions in the proposed rule stage.
- Nondiscrimination obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors: procedures to resolve potential employment discrimination.
The obligations for TRICARE providers and the use of religious exemptions were previously identified in 2018; however, new on the agenda are the procedures to resolve employment discrimination.
