A Message from the President
Out of an abundance of caution, I am proactively addressing concerns surrounding Coronavirus (Covid-19). As President of OutSolve, the health and safety of the OutSolve family is my top priority. This includes employees and the valued clients we work with on a daily basis. While pandemics of this nature are unpredictable, we have taken precautionary steps to reduce the spread of illness in our workplace, and we are fully prepared to continue to provide uninterrupted service to our clients.
In the event that the pandemic worsens, OutSolve is prepared to execute our disaster response plan to ensure business continuity.
At OutSolve, we have a long-standing and established work-from-home procedure that can be supported for any length of time. Per our security policy and disaster recovery plan, our employees can work remotely following all security protocols. Our process is validated by third-party auditors and verified by our SOC audit.
We also have disaster recovery and pandemic response plans in place. Our disaster recovery plan guarantees our customers’ ability to transfer data and to access existing reports through the client portal website—which is available regardless of our office hours. Through our pandemic recovery plan, we protect all information assets digitally, synchronizing data and other reports every hour. OutSolve’s senior management will coordinate with our third-party IT-services firm should the pandemic threat necessitate.
To speed the recovery of any systems or infrastructure, teams are organized in advance and are ready to be deployed when needed. These contacts are kept up-to-date for fast and reliable reference.
Not only do these policies and procedures apply to our Metairie location, but also to our other offices stationed across the country. In a case of emergency, we ensure that communication will remain open and consistent, continuing to provide unconditional customer service.
As a side note, this is not our first experience with unexpected circumstances. In 2005, OutSolve was a different company while facing Hurricane Katrina’s impact on our New Orleans home. Faced with flooded offices and dispersed staff, we remained connected to our clients and continued to provide services uninterrupted. With many lessons learned, substantially enhanced data security and redundancy, and a variety of policies in place, we are 100% confident in our ability to respond as necessary.
Your health and your business are the top priority for us as we take all necessary steps to yield unwavering customer support and to continue all services whether or not we are inside the walls of our office.
