OFCCP sending out scheduling letters for compliance evaluations but offering liberal requests for extensions
From information provided by the NILG, OFCCP is continuing operations to the extent feasible taking into account the current COVID-19 pandemic. In order to do so, they will implement the following protocols:
Contractors can contact the OFCCP Ombudsman, Marcus Stergio at stergio.marcus@dol.gov or 202-693-1174 with comments or questions. Contractors concerned about missing CSAL or scheduling letters can provide an email address for the responsible contractor employee to the applicable Regional Director, with a copy to the Deputy Director Patricia Davidson at davidson.patricia@dol.gov. This will ensure that contractors receive CSALs and scheduling letters by mail and email.
