2018 VETS-4212 Filing Now Open

OutSolve can file your VETS-4212 reports on your behalf

The 2018 VETS-4212 filing season is now open and reports can be filed through September 30th. All nonexempt federal contractors and subcontractors with a contract or subcontract in the amount of $150,000 or more with any department or agency of the U.S. government must file this report no later than September 30th. The reporting period to be used to complete the VETS-4212 report is the end of any pay period between July 1st and August 31st of 2018. Reporting of new hires (full and part-time) is for the previous 12-month period of the pay period that you have selected. Employers who were approved to use December 31st as the ending date for the EEO-1 filing may also use this date for the VETS-4212 filing (refer to FAQ #14).


Reporting Period – Payroll period ending July 21, 2018 which includes the two-week payroll period of July 7, 2018 through July 21, 2018.
New Hire Reporting Period – All new hires from July 7, 2017 through July 21, 2018. Other options for submitting the VETS-4212 reports include sending them via email to VETS4212-customersupport@dol.gov or mailing them to the following address.
