Roffman Horvitz, PLC

OutSolve and Roffman Horvitz formed a strategic partnership to give companies the invaluable option of performing pay equity analysis or affirmative action audit work under attorney-client privilege. Lately, the regulatory landscape for fair pay and discrimination has become increasingly aggressive, and this partnership offers companies the defense needed to protect against potential fines, lawsuits, and claims. Roffman Horvitz built from the ground up to offer a best-in-class outside counsel option for federal contractor employers in the areas of OFCCP compliance, affirmative action plan preparation and design, and employment data analytics. The firm invests wisely in its personnel and infrastructure to offer top-notch legal services to federal contractor employers.
