OFCCP’s charges of racial bias in hiring against BOA is finally resolved after 24 years
To settle an OFCCP case that arose from a 1993 compliance review against NationsBank, N.A., Bank of America (BOA) has agreed to pay $1 million in back wages and interest to 1,027 African-American applicants. The class includes applicants for entry-level clerical, teller and administrative positions at the bank’s Charlotte, NC headquarters.
