First OFCCP administrative complaint for FY 2018
OFCCP alleged that the New York technology services company Advance 2000, Inc., failed to produce two progress reports required by a June 2015 conciliation agreement (CA). Advance 2000 held two contracts through February 2016 but is no longer a government contractor. The CA required two reports, due January 31, 2016 and January 31, 2017. Advance 2000 refused to comply with the CA and has not filed either report even after repeated attempts by OFCCP to obtain the information. On November 22, 2016, almost 11 months after the due date, OFCCP sent Advance 2000 a letter stating that it had violated the CA and gave the company 15 days to demonstrate that it had complied with the agreement. OFCCP received no response from the letter.
